By registering your team for the tournament, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the tournament organizers.
All decisions made by tournament organizers regarding match outcomes, rule interpretations, and player conduct are final.
Teams must field players who are eligible according to the tournament rules, including any age or skill level restrictions.
Any form of cheating, hacking, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification from the tournament and no refund if the team was eligible for the qualifications.
Teams are responsible for ensuring that all players have the necessary equipment and stable internet connection to participate in matches on Toornament Platform(Internet will be provided at the EGF Tournament).
Tournament organizers reserve the right to disqualify teams or players who engage in disruptive behavior or violate the spirit of fair play.
All matches will be played on the designated servers and platforms specified by the tournament organizers.
By submitting your registration, you grant permission for your team's name and logo to be used in promotional materials related to the tournament.
In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, tournament organizers may reschedule matches or make other adjustments as necessary.
Participants must follow all instructions provided by tournament staff and adhere to any additional rules communicated during the event.
To enter for the qualifications round the details will be used from the filled in form. If you qualify for the event an Entry Fee of R2000 per Team will be applicable to win the Prize Money at the EGF Tournament on the 9th and 10th of August.
